Transfur has been relocating pets from the UK on behalf of their owners for a period that spans over twenty years. To date we have successfully completed over 5000 pet relocations.

- Arrange flights. In consideration of the welfare of your pet we recommend direct flights wherever possible.
- Arrange Vet Sealing Services at Heathrow where applicable
- Obtain UK Customs Clearance
- Arrange Supply and Delivery of travel containers appropriately sized and conforming to IATA standards ready for travel, fully labelled, marked and equipped with absorbent bedding, food and water containers
- Provide flight documentation as required
- Arrange UK Home to Airport Delivery Service if required
- Arrange boarding prior to departure if required.
- Apply to APHA (Defra) for Export Health Certificate(s) where applicable
- Apply for Import Permit(s) where applicable
- Arrange, Book and Pay for Quarantine at your chosen destination where applicable
- Provide you with the veterinary requirements for your chosen destination
- Liaise with your own veterinary practice – as and when necessary

Transfur does not sell pets nor does it associate itself with any sale of any animal. Nor does Transfur knowingly become involved in the transportation of animals for laboratory purposes
With the power of the internet there are certain organisations claiming to sell pets to ‘good homes’. In most cases the animals concerned do not exist! These organisations will have ‘lifted’ images and text from websites from reputable pet shippers, such as Transfur, to add credibility to what they are doing. No reputable pet shipper will ask for monies to be transferred by means of Western Union or similar money transfer agencies.
We would recommend that if you are intending to buy a puppy from a breeder via the internet to check with the Kennel Club (www.the-kennel-club.org.uk/services) that the breeder is a registered member and that the pet shipper is a member of IPATA -Independent Pet & Animal Transportation Association. We would also strongly recommend that wherever possible you visit the breeder to satisfy yourself that they and the animals actually exist.
